The Cornwall Business Development Funds provide interest-free loans of up to £50,000 to small and medium sized businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Fresh Start Loan Fund The Fund provides finance to new entrants and tenants participating in the Cornwall Fresh Start Initiative who require additional finance to start and develop their land based businesses. The fund is managed by South West Investment Group (SWIG). click here The Exeter Business Fund provides ‘hands-on’ support and loans of up to £30,000 to small businesses based in the Exeter City boundary. The Phoenix Business Development Fund provides loans of up to £20,000 to start-ups and new businesses in the South West that may not qualify for support from our other funds and are owned by people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, single parents, people returning to work and people over 50 years of age.
