Who Qualifies?
The Phoenix Business Development Fund
Is for new and small businesses that have been trading for less than 12 months.
You must also:
 |
Be unable to raise sufficient bank finance |
 |
Be based within the areas on the map |
 |
Show that you will not be competing unfairly in the local economy
|
 |
Weighting is given to businesses owned by people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, single parents, people returning to work and people over 50 years of age |
 |
All sectors considered apart from transport, agriculture, fisheries, coal and steel |
